Philosophy:
Three words: Simple, Strength, Movement.
Simple: Focus on applying effort to the basic movement patterns of the body.
Strength: Increasing your body's ability to produce force and tension.
Movement: We move in a variety of directions and speeds everyday — your program should address this in a way to make you more effective.
I have developed an effective method of accomplishing the client's goals by using movements natural to the body. Isolation will only provide isolated results — coordinated whole body movements will unlock your potential.
Personally, this meant releasing the athleticism that had been waiting inside of me by discovering how to apply my body's strength in producing efficient movement.
And this is what I want to provide to my clients.
